Molly Sims

Molly Sims, our December guest editor. In addition to running her blog and her new YouTube channel, the model and actress is about to welcome her third child, a boy, with husband Scott Stuber. (The couple is already parents to Brooks, 4, and Scarlett, 19 months.) Her first book, The Everyday Model: My Beauty, Fashion, and Wellness Secrets Made Simple, came out last year.

Molly’s role as host on MTV’s “House of Style,” which premiered in 1989, launched her acting career. She recently guest starred on the TBS show “Men At Work” and she played the manipulative Delinda Deline for five seasons on NBC’s “Las Vegas.” She also hosted Lifetime's competition series "Project Accessory," an eight-episode, hour-long series with 12 aspiring artists vying to break new ground in the world of accessories. In addition to her TV roles, Molly has appeared on the silver screen in Yes Man starring Jim Carrey, Fired Up with John Michael Higgins in 2009, The Benchwarmers, produced for Revolution Studios by Happy Madison Productions’ Adam Sandler and Jack Giarraputo, and Starsky & Hutch.

A native of Murray, Kentucky, Sims attended Vanderbilt University with aspirations of becoming a lawyer until her roommate urged her to submit several photos to modeling agencies in New York. NEXT Models signed Sims and her modeling career took off. Since then, she’s appeared on the covers of Mademoiselle, French and Spanish Vogue, Tear Sheet, French Cosmopolitan, and British Marie Claire. Additionally, she’s been featured in advertising campaigns for CoverGirl, Jimmy Choo, Old Navy, Michael Kors, Victoria’s Secret, M&Ms, Nautica, Armani, Chanel, and H&M. And she was featured in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue four years in a row.

Molly lives in Los Angeles with her family.
