So I thought today I’d give a little refresher on some great things to make in case you need some fresh inspiration for healthy snacks to pack in school lunches. Here are a few new things I’ve been packing lately. If you have new ideas, please share!
1. Perfect Apple Bread: A great slice of apple bread is always a welcome snack. Moist and tasty, it is the perfect
2. Apple Peanut Butter Sandwiches: (image shown @ top of article) Sandwich peanut butter between two thick apple slices.
3. Baked Granola: A simple bag of baked granola is always a good healthy snack. Serve it over yogurt or on its own!
4. Nacho Bites: These are nacho bites are tough to pack up in a lunch, but are great to have at home when the kids come home from school. Load them up with lots of veggies for a healthy bite!
