- egg whites: 2
- vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
- sugar: ½ cup
- shelled pistachios, roughly chopped: 1 cup
- sliced almonds: 1 cup
- sesame seeds: ½ cup
- sunflower seeds: ½ cup
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk together egg whites, vanilla extract, and sugar.
