DIY Jeweled Easter Eggs

This year, instead of dyeing Easter eggs try adding color in an unexpected way, using decorative craft jewels and gems to create interesting patterns and shapes. These jeweled Easter eggs are incredibly easy to make and are a whole lot less messy than traditional egg dyeing.

Ready to give this DIY a try?

Supplies:

  • Craft crystals in various sizes and colors
  • Craft glue
  • Hard boiled eggs

Instructions:

Step 1: Come up with a general design that you’d like to create for your egg, whether it’s a simple shape, random pattern, or straight line.

Step 2: Next, add a small amount of glue to the flat back of a craft crystal and place onto the egg.

Step 3: Continue this process, one by one, until the design is complete. Allow the glue to dry completely before displaying.
