Valentine's Day is right around the corner and all the decor has been popping up everywhere! DIY your own simple and quick Paint Chip Heart Garland using just a few materials including paint chips! Step 1: Cut out your desired number of hearts. You can use a heart shaped hole punch, or you can cut them out freehand with your scissors.
Step 2: Punch two holes in each heart, punch each hole in the rounded top parts of the heart.You can punch holes in several hearts at a time, depending on the stregnth of your hole punch.
