Founder of Beach Babe Fitness, Christina Sinclair is a health nut, a fitness professional, and a loving mother and wife. She’s also a woman who has struggled with yo-yo dieting, body image, going after her dreams... and pretty much everything else that comes with being a human. Raised in Laguna Beach, California, Christina now lives with her husband and four-legged mutt in Newport Beach, where they are expecting their first child in May. Throughout her pregnancy, Christina continues to teach several fitness classes a week as she strengthens and prepares her body for childbirth. A graduate of the University of Southern California and certified in Group Fitness through AFAA, Christina’s goal is for you to live life to the fullest. She hopes to inspire you to be the best version of yourself by maintaining a vibrant, fit, healthy, and balanced lifestyle.
