Spring means birthday party season in my family, so I’ve been on the lookout for healthy yet super fun treats to serve up at the gatherings on our calendar. And while I don’t think that it’s necessary to become a master cake decorator to have a fun kids’ birthday party, it can be fun to make treats that are a step above the expected.
