Q: You’ve had quite a diverse career over the years and now you’re shifting your focus to your passion for health and wellness…..
SK: Yes! My goal is to teach others about holistic living, food and nutrition, and exercise — both through my website and through a project that I can’t wait to announce soon.

Q. How do you stay well?
SK: Mainly, I eat clean and use products on my skin that are clean too. I also stay hydrated, meditate, and exercise as much as I can. 

Q. OK, now for your newest role: Mom! Ava is the most beautiful baby. How did you feel when you realized you were pregnant?
SK: Blessed

Q: What was your pregnancy like?
SK: Healthy and happy!

Q: And you had a natural delivery, right?
SK: Yes — drug-free, at home in the bedroom

Q: We hear that you got your body back in three months! How did you bounce back so quickly?
SK: I exercised throughout my pregnancy, and I ate well!

Q: You’ve also said that breastfeeding has helped you lose the baby weight. What’s breastfeeding been like for you?
SK: More challenging then I would have ever imagined

Q: What inspired you to name your daughter Ava Grace?
SK: Her name came to me in a dream.

Q: What’s Ava’s personality like so far?
SK: Irresistible

Q: What does she love to do most?
SK: Smile and laugh

Q: What’s your favorite thing about being a mom?
SK: The special love I feel

Q: How would you describe your “mom style”?
SK: Jeans and a tee, no makeup

Q: Any beauty secrets you’d like to share?
SK: 
Water, it’s so important to stay hydrated. Plus, coconut oil for everything, even sunscreen!

Q: How do you enjoy your “me time”?
SK: I love to get a deep-tissue massage!

Q: How do you and Jared stay connected with a new baby in the house?
SK: We go on date night once a week

SK: Capo in Santa Monica
