If the mom-to-be is a bookworm, write a fun quiz—from naming the pig in Charlotte's Web to finishing Dr. Seuss quotes. Via Devourer of Books.
Hide a miniature plastic baby inside one cupcake before you bake a batch (so it's totally random), then have guests decorate cupcakes. Mom-to-be chooses the winner, but the real winner is whoever eats the cupcake with the baby surprise inside (because she's next in line to get pregnant!). Via Beau Coup.
Write down a list of names of characters from different TV families (like The Brady Bunch, The Simpsons, Modern Family, and Parenthood) and have guests try to guess the correct show.
Have your guests write down as many songs as they can think of with "baby" in the title. For a fun twist, you could have the songs playing as the party soundtrack prior to playing the game without telling your guests and see if they notice.
This game is like Pictionary meets Telephone. Have everyone write a statement about the mom-to-be (or her bump), then fold over and pass to the next guest who must draw what the sentence said. This goes on and on as the sentence slowly changes and becomes sillier and sillier. Via The Red Headed Hostess.

A baby shower take on the popular game Cards Against Humanity, Babies Against Parenthood, more PG but just as fun. And you can download a free printable to make your own thanks to The Eco-Friendly Family.
Part game, part memory keeping: this fill in the blanks game will make a great keepsake for the baby book!
Behind each post-it note is an answer, and your guests have to come up with the correct question -- just like the TV version. You may need to divide guests into teams to make sure everyone is included. Can I have FUN for $100? (see what I did there?)

Party guests will get a hoot out of trying to change a diaper blindfolded. And they will consider themselves lucky that it isn't an actually poopy diaper :)

If you already know the gender is a girl, a DIY baby headband station is a really fun and thoughtful way to play at a baby shower. It is more activity than game, but you can compete for who makes the best one if you want to make it even more interesting.
Fill a giant bottle with candies, and have guests guess how many there are. Whoever comes closest takes the treats home.
Have guests cut pieces of yarn to a length they think corresponds to the circumference of the mom-to-be's belly. Whoever is closest wins!
Set a timer and see how many songs each guest can name with the word 'baby.'

Make a basket of goodies and have each guest list how much they think each item costs. Whoever is closest to the grand total wins a prize, and the momma-to-be gets the basket of baby goodies.
Everyone puts one of these baby-filled ice cubes in their drink. Whoever's melts first, wins!
All you need for this game are guests with purses and this scavenger hunt-style card, so bonus points for being easy. And it's fun to see who carries the most random stuff in their bag!
Three words: baby shower bingo! Pass out printed bingo cards to guests as the mom-to-be opens her gifts.
Have each guest bring a baby picture of themselves, and then have everyone try to guess who each photo is of.
