Substitutions
When an item is unavailable, you will usually receive a substitution. While some supermarkets (ie Tesco and Asda) will only charge you the price you would have paid, even if the substituted item costs more, others (such as Ocado) will charge you a higher price if the substituted item is more expensive. It is therefore vital to check your receipt and reject substitutions you are unhappy with.
