No Bake Almond-Peanut-Butter Bites for Passover
Whip these up in 15 minutes---so quick and so good for you!
- almonds: 1 cup
- dates (pitted): 10
- all-natural peanut butter: 1/2 cup
- cinnamon: 1/2 teaspoon
- orange zest: 1 teaspoon
- sea salt: 1 pinch
- unsweetened shredded coconut: 2 tablespoons
Step 1: Add almonds to food processor bowl, and blend until finely chopped.
Step 2: Add pitted dates, peanut butter, cinnamon, orange zest, and salt.
Step 3: Pulse until mixture comes together.
Step 4: Roll mixture into tablespoon-sized bites.
Step 5: Coat each bite with shredded coconut.
