Slow Cooker Cilantro Lime Black Bean Soup
Let this tasty veggie soup warm you up this winter!
- frozen corn kernels: 2 cups
- shredded carrots: 2 cups
- black beans: 15 oz. can, rinsed and drained
- diced tomatoes: 14.5 oz. can
- vegetable broth: to cover veggies
- chopped cilantro: ½ cup
- lime wedges: 4
Step 1: Add the corn, carrots, black beans, and tomatoes (including juices) to the slow cooker. Pour in the vegetable broth and stir well to combine.
