This crispy sautéed kale recipe is a healthy and tasty snack the whole family will love!
- olive oil: 2 tablespoons
- brown onion, finely chopped: ⅔ cup
- minced garlic: 1 teaspoon
- fresh breadcrumbs: ¾ cup
- fresh curly kale (stems removed), finely chopped: 1½ pounds
- salt and pepper: to taste
Step 1: Coat the bottom of a large sauté pan with the olive oil and place it over medium - high heat.
Step 2: Add the onion and garlic and cook until soft, about 3 minutes.
Step 3: Add the breadcrumbs, stir to combine, and cook until they become golden brown, about 3 minutes.
Step 4: Add the kale and stirring on and off, cook until it's completely wilted and tender, about 4 minutes.
Step 5: Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
