Penelope Cruz Credits Dancing For Post-Baby Weight Loss

Penelope Cruz dishes on her post-baby body secret and her once-a-week indulgence.

New mom Penelope has been wowing on the red carpet this week as she promotes her new flick “Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides”.  The celebrity mom says that she has dancing to thank for losing the baby weight.  ““I love ballet and it’s a little boring for me to go to the gym because I’m used to the dancing discipline — it’s really hard but much more fun. ”

She admits that eating healthy plays a key role in staying fit: “I love Spanish food. My diet is the Mediterranean diet, which is good food. I eat well, but I try to eat healthy.”  But she still enjoys the occasional splurge from her favorite – In-N-Out: “I do it, like, once a week or once every two weeks. It’s my little treat for myself. I love the Double-Double with fries. ”

It’s obviously working for her – she has been absolutely stunning at every premiere during this press tour!
