- 3 ounces of prosciutto, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup fig jam or fig butter
- 1/8 cup sliced almonds
Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Step 2: Cut prosciutto slices in half. Place one half of each prosciutto slice in each cup of a mini muffin tin, making sure to overlap the meat to cover up an gaps or holes.
Step 3: Bake prosciutto in oven until crisp, about 15 minutes.
Step 4: Remove muffin tin from oven. Using a fork, release the prosciutto cups from the tin and place onto a plate to cool completely.
Step 5: Once cups are cooled, scoop about 1/2 teaspoon of fig jam into each cup and top with a sprinkling of sliced almonds.
