Ingredients:
- refrigerated sugar cookie dough: 1 roll
- milk chocolate: 8 ounces
- candy canes, crushed: 2
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the sugar cookies according to package directions. You will need 24 prepared cookies for this recipe.
Step 2: Break the chocolate into small pieces and add to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30 second intervels, stirring after each one, until smooth.
Step 3: Dip each cookie into the melted chocolate and then arrange on a cooling rack set over a tray (for easy clean up!). Continue until all the cookies have been dipped.
Step 4: Sprinkle the cookies all with the crushed candy canes. Let cool completely -- at least 1 hour -- before removing from the cooling rack.
