Spring Cleanse Smoothie Recipe
This recipe is so refreshing & light for a spring breakfast or an afternoon pick-me-up!
- grapefruits, juiced: 2
- lemons, juiced: 1
- ginger, grated: 2 tablespoons
- spinach: 4 cups
- cucumbers, roughly chopped: 3
- mint leaves: ¼ cup, packed
Step 1: Juice your grapefruits and lemons. Pour the grapefruit and lemon juice into your blender.
Step 2: Finely grate the ginger and add to blender along with spinach, cucumber chunks, and mint leaves.
Step 3: Blend until smooth. Serve chilled.
