It's cocktail Friday, heyyy! The addition of Crème de Violette gives this drink a violet candy taste and a gorgeous purple hue!
- 1.5 oz gin: 1.5 ounces
- .75 oz lemon juice: .75 ounces
- .5 oz Maraschino liqueur: .5 ounces
- .25 oz Crème de Violette: .25 ounces
- cherries: 3
- egg white: 1
Step 1: Combine cherries and maraschino liqueur in a cocktail shaker and muddle the cherries until they release their juice
Step 2: Add Gin, lemon juice and egg white from one egg to the shaker. Shake vigorously for 15
Step 3: Add ice to the shaker and shake again for 15 seconds
Step 4: Double strain the drink into a chilled cocktail glass
