Bacon Cheddar Meatballs

ground beef: ¾ pound
bacon, browned and crumbled: ¼ pound
shredded sharp cheddar cheese: ½ cup
Italian seasoned breadcrumbs: ½ cup
large egg: 1
kosher salt: ½ teaspoon
pepper: ½ teaspoon
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with nonstick aluminum foil (or regular aluminum foil sprayed with nonstick spray).
Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients. Stir together thoroughly, or, if you prefer, mix with clean hands. Form the meat mixture into 1-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
Step 3: Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping once, until golden.
