I love the slow cooker. It’s such a great tool if you don’t like making dinner or if you’re short on time. I’ve always been surprised by some slow cooker cookbooks, though—with recipes that feature 10, 15, even 20+ ingredients, it seems like this appliance that is meant for easy cooking can get pretty complicated if you let it. I don’t have time for that. My goal for cooking any meal in the slow cooker is to find recipes that are as tasty and as easy as possible. That’s why these 3 ingredient slow cooker recipes are key staples in my household. These are just about the easiest slow cooker recipes that you can find, and better yet, they all turn out totally tasty. Check them out in the slideshow.
