Ingredients:
- walnut pieces: ½ cup, lightly toasted
- raspberry preserves: ½ cup
- balsamic vinegar: 2 tablespoons
- chopped fresh rosemary: 1 tablespoon
- wheel of brie: 1, medium
Directions:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Stir together the almonds, raspberry preserves, vinegar, and rosemary. Set aside.
Step 2: Carefully slice a thin piece of rind off of the top of the brie wheel and discard.
Step 3: Set the brie in a pie plate or small oven-proof baker, and place the almond mixture on top of the brie.
Step 4: Bake for 10 minutes, or until bubbly.
Step 5: Serve it hot with crackers and baguette slices for serving.
