From Jaime Pressly’s Kitchen: Her Honey Mustard Recipe

    Honey Mustard Chicken

    Servings: 2


    • white sweet onion: half
    • red pepper: half
    • green pepper: 1
    • garlic clove: 1
    • honey mustard dressing: 1 cup
    • olive oil: ¼ tablespoon
    • sea salt: to taste
    • cayenne pepper: to taste
    • ground black pepper: to taste
    • lemon juice: 2 - 3 tablespoons
    • lemon and pepper seasoning: to taste
    • boneless skinless chicken breasts: 2


    Step 1: Preheat oven to 350. Place all ingredients except chicken in a food processor and process.

    Step 2: Pour mixture into oven-safe pan.

    Step 3: Pound chicken breasts with a knife (making them thin so the sauce cooks into the chicken)

    Step 4: Place chicken in pan with sauce making sure the sauce fully coats the chicken.

    Step 5: Cover the pan with aluminum foil.

    Step 6: Bake chicken until it is cooked through (about 30 minutes)
