It’s A Cayman Cookout 2012

Hosted by Chef Eric Ripert of acclaimed restaurant Blue at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman, Cayman Cookout promises four days of mouth-watering indulgence and personal encounters with internationally renowned chefs and wine experts from January 12th to 15th, 201. Brought to the table by the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism, The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman and Food + Wine magazine, Cayman Cookout gives guests the opportunity to savour unparalleled cuisine prepared by some of the world’s top chefs, along with exclusivedemonstrations, tastings, excursions and events.

The superlative chefs and wine experts participating in the Cayman Cookout promise to deliver days of delicious indulgence amidst the blissful surroundings of the Cayman Islands. Culinary all-stars slated for the January event include Anthony Bourdain, José Andrés, April Bloomfield, Laurent Gras, François Payard, Richard Blais, Paul Rogalski, and wine experts Ray Isle, Andrea Robinson and Aldo Sohm. FOOD & WINE’s Editor in Chief, Dana Cowin and Gail Simmons, Special Projects Editor & and popular judge on BRAVO TV’s Top Chef, will also join in the weekend’s festivities to mingle with chefs and guests alike.
