DIY: Lemon Place Settings, Four Ways

Spring is here and lemons are the freshest way to not only eat this season, but also decorate with. Keep reading to see four ways to use a lemon as a place setting for your Mother’s Day or other spring/summer event…

Use a knife to gently cut a slit down the middle of a lemon

Carefully write the name of each guest on a piece of cardstock paper and place in the slit of each lemon

Wrap each lemon with bakers twice and place a small flower inside

Take a fancy toothpick and wrap piece of ribbon around the top to make a smal flag. You can also write the guests name on the flag if you’d like.

Wrap some bias tape around a lemon and secure with a pin.

Wrap around the other side. Place two pins to secure.

Place the wrapped lemon on your napkin with a name tag under each one.
