- 20 oz can pineapple, frozen
- 1 banana, frozen
- 3/4 cup coconut milk
Preparation: Open the can of pineapple and drain juice. Pour pineapple chunks into a freezer-safe bag. Peel banana and add to bag. Freeze for at least 4-5 hours until hard.
To make: Combine the frozen pineapple, banana and about 3/4-1 cup coconut milk in a blender and blend until smooth. Add a little more coconut milk if needed to blend properly.
Distribute the Dole Whip between two bowls or glasses and serve immediately.
