Slow Cooker Sticky Honey Chicken Recipe

The day I found out I could make ‘sticky’ food in the slow cooker, just like I could the oven or frypan I knew I had to share the recipe with the masses. I LOVE this sticky honey chicken recipe, it takes me back to Chinese takeaway on a Friday night when I was a kid. We’d have an order of it with fried rice and would always go to bed feeling a little bloated in our bellies from all the oil in the chicken. Always totally worth it though.

Please do try this recipe. I’ve cooked it with tempeh in place of the chicken, pork and even cauliflower florets; they all work great.
