Kate Hudson Posts Adorable Photo of Daughter, Rani Rose, Dressed as Superhero

Kate Hudson honored Instagram with an adorable photo of her three-year-old, Rani Rose, on Friday. Decked out head-to-toe in superhero attire, Rani Rose literally embodies why we love seeing women as superheroes. Because then little girls believe they can be them, too!

Rani Rose is the daughter of both Hudson and Danny Fujikawa, but definitely favors mom’s golden good looks.

Even her superhero outfit was quite chic and bedazzled. In the photo, she’s wearing a black, red, and white get-up, with a neon pink cape. She’s accessorized with a matching wand, tiara, and mask, as well.

Goldie Hawn, Hudson’s mom, jumped in the comments to sing Hudson’s praises as being a superhero, herself, saying, “Yep! You’re not such a bad superhero yourself daughter.” Mother and daughter have always had a very tight-knit relationship, according to PEOPLE. In a prior interview, they recall Hudson speaking about her mom and what she hoped to pass down to Rani Rose.

“My mom gave me the floor to be able to feel confident enough to go out and feel like my life could be my own,” she told PEOPLE. “Mom was my greatest cheerleader. And it just made me think about Rani … going, ‘I hope I give her that kind of confidence,’ you know?”

Hudson goes on to include some of Mom’s advice, “Don’t you ever let a man dim your light.” As a result, she’s been adamant about never defining herself through the male lens. This is a gift that she believes her mom gave to her.

Sounds like superheroes all around, to me.
