Kristy is the founder of The Imperfect Mum, an online sisterhood of women from all over the world who come together to support one another judgment free.
Kristy says, "As a society we are bombarded with images of this unrealistic picture of what motherhood should be. It’s this unattainable picture that I think a lot of women strive for. I wanted to break down that image. That image has a lot to answer for. I personally believe that it can be a trigger for some Post Natal Depression cases".
