Recuerdo Wines: Experience and Remember

Mendoza is one of the country’s largest wine producing regions, nestled into the eastern foothills of the Andes Mountains, where the vineyards are some of the highest in elevation in the world.

Recuerdo Wines offers wine lovers the opportunity to experience premium wines that capture the unique terroir of this fascinating wine-growing region. Recuerdo means “ memory” or “memento” in Spanish and the winemakers of Recuerdo believe that each bottle of Recuerdo should not only represent Argentina’s native terroir but also serve as a memory of each and every harvest.

The 2010 Recuerdo Wines Torrontés is a classic aromatic and floral Torrontés wine. This classic wine from Argentina is cultivated in La Rioja, which is located in the Famatina Valley wine region. This region is known for producing aromatic varieties. The Recuerdo Torrontés is fruity, smooth and lively on the palate. I love the peach, lemon-lime and pear notes on the nose and palate. This wine is very well balanced and has a nice crisp finish. If you like Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier, you will love this wine!
