  • No charges have yet been filed in the Lindsay Lohan jewelry theft case, but it’s expected to happen this week.  Lindsay is being accused of stealing a $2500 necklace from a Venice Beach jewelry store, which she vehemently denies, claiming they loaned it to her.  Lindsay had her assistant surrender the necklace to the police and claims the store jumped the gun with their accusations, as her stylist just failed to return it on time.  Lindsay faces felony grand theft charges and could face three years in state prison, plus it will have an impact on her probation for her DUI case.

It’s such a huge venue; your nerves take a hold of you. I completely understand. She’s one of the best singers of our time. Nobody can take that away from you… But you get nervous at these things. We’re human.”
