- 10 raspberries
- 1/2 ounce raspberry vinegar
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 1 ounce cherry juice
- 2 ounces club soda
Step 1: Combine raspberries and vinegar in cocktail shaker and muddle for 10 seconds.
Step 2: Add simple syrup, juice, and ice to the shaker and shake until cold.
Step 3: Strain mixture into martini glass, using a fine strainer to catch the pulp of the raspberries.
Step 4: Top off with club soda.
Step 5 (optional): If you choose to add a garnish, spear 3 – 4 raspberries with a toothpick and drape across the mouth of the glass.
