Check. Crumbly layer of crunchy buttery pecans? Double check. These spiced mini sweet potato casseroles are perfect for a smaller crowd; the recipe yields 5 generous servings. Of course the recipe can be easily doubled and made in a full size baking dish (8×8 baking dish, or 2 quart) to serve double (10-12 servings).
