3-Ingredient Banana Pudding
- 2 ripe bananas, peeled and halved
- 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
- ¼ cup unsweetened coconut milk or plant-based milk of choice
- ¼ tsp. cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp. turmeric (optional)
Step 1: Soak the chia seeds in the milk for at least one hour or until plump and no longer crunchy.
Step 2: Place all the ingredients in a small food processor and blend for 1–2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
Step 3: Serve immediately.
