Sure, I love the occasional Italian ice, but there is nothing quite like a fresh scoop of chocolate ice cream to satisfy my sweet tooth and keep me cool at the same time. When I am feeling especially indulgent I make myself an ice cream sandwich. A scoop of cold ice cream sandwiched between freshly baked cookies or brownies is an absolutely decadent dessert.
