DIY: Paper Roll Binoculars

Using common items from around the house, you can have new binoculars in no time.

What You’ll Need:

– 3 Toilet Paper Rolls

– Scissors

– Tape

– Paint

– Glue

– Yarn

– Hold Punch

Cut one of the rolls and lay it flat.

Add stripes of tape for painting.

Paint away! Give enough time between coats so it doesn’t clump up.

Take the other two toilet paper rolls and punch holes in them toward the top. This will be used to attach string later.

After you remove the tape, lay the painted roll face down and cover with glue. Lay the other two rolls on it.

Use some string to secure it all in place until the glue dries. In the mean time, attach a string long enough to put around your little one’s neck and attach to the holes you previously punched.

After the glue is dry, remove the strings and voila! You’re done and ready to go exploring.

Enjoy!
