Stylists Battle it Out in New Macy’s Competition Series ‘The Next Style Star’

Reality fashion show lovers: don't miss this one! Macy's has teamed up with online video network Maker Studios to launch The Next Style Star, a new fashion series. Hosted by fashion expert Jeannie Mai, 16 up-and-coming stylists will go head to head, competing for the chance to win $10K, to serve as a guest stylist on a Macy's photo shoot, and to see his/her winning outfit featured in the Impulse department at Macy's Herald Square in New York City.

Challenges are fresh and fun: stylists are asked to create on-trend looks, utilizing some of Macy's Impulse brands such as Lucky Brand, Maison Jules, Sanctuary, RACHEL Rachel Roy, Guess, Bar III, Joe's Jeans, Kensie and MADE Fashion Week for Impulse. Guest judges throughout the series abound: you'll see Whitney Port and MADE Fashion Week founder Jenne Lombardo lending their expertise.

The Next Style Star premiered on April 3rd. To learn more and tune in, visit The Platform, or macys.com/stylestar now.
