Welcome to our video series with Christina Sinclair of Beach Babe Fitness in Los Angeles. Over the coming weeks, the certified fitness instructor, who is expecting her first baby this spring, will demonstrate easy prenatal workouts. In her last video, she demonstrated a prenatal squats. This week, she turns her attention to exercises that will help you tone your glutes while expecting.
This exercise strengthens the hips and works the gluteus medius (the outside of your booty). It will also help stabilize your pelvis and prevent pain in your hips and lower back — two common sore spots when you're expecting. Try this prenatal workout, and let me know what you think!
