Teacher Appreciation Week starts on Monday, May 7th.  Have you figured out how you'll be honoring the teachers in your life yet?

Why not take on a small DIY project?  The kids will have fun helping you put it together and their teachers will appreciate the thoughtful gesture.  Here are six of our favorite ideas:

(top left) These clever cards are made from craft store wooden spools painted to look like apples.
(bottom left) Finally! A good use for all those broken crayons.
(right) A lovely little planter kit to help teach welcome spring.

(top left) Every teacher needs a treat jar.  It's up to them to decide whether or not to share.
(bottom left) These magnetic bookmarks are super cute.  The pencil and ruler would be especially appropriate.
(right) Bring a little color into your favorite teacher's life with these dip-dyed pencils.
