Angelina Jolie Says She Can’t Hold A Candle To Her Mother

Angelina Jolie opens up about what a wonderful parent her mom was.

During her interview with 60 Minutes last night, Angelina opened up a little about her late mother, Marcheline Bertrand. Angelina shared that despite her best efforts, she doesn’t feel she’ll ever be as perfect at motherhood as her mom was. The mom of six shared:

“My mother was a full-time mother. She didn’t have much of her own career, her own life, her own experiences. Everything was for her children.”

“I will never be as good a mother as she was. I will try my best, but I don’t think I ever will be. She was the most generous, loving woman. She’s better than me.”

Angelina is currently out promoting her directorial debut “In the Land of Blood and Honey”, which she also wrote. The movie hits theaters December 23rd.
