We are really into movies. So, every year, my family looks forward to finding out which films and actors are nominated for an Academy Award. Obviously, the animated movies are the ones my kids care about the most. Will the voters agree with our favorites? Will that song we still can’t get out of our heads win an award? And, in all honesty, isn’t the test of a good movie whether it can make the people watching it feel something? Some of our most-loved movies made us laugh, cry, and get nostalgic all within a 90-minute time span.
