  • Watermelon Margarita

Summer cocktails are an entirely different thing than winter drinks. They need to be fruity and refreshing, but not too heavy. Nobody wants to feel weighed down with heavy booze when the fireflies are twinkling in the backyard.

One of our favorite summer cocktails are watermelon lime margaritas. They are the perfect festive drink for warm weather, and our house feels like an instant party the minute they are made. In fact, we serve these a lot for entertaining because they always put a smile on the face of our guests. Best of all, they are easy to make and can even be mixed in advance. For your next summer soirée, put these on the menu and enjoy!
