Jalapeño & Ranch Marinated Grilled Chicken Wings Recipe

    Summer is almost here, which means sunshine, swimming, pool parties, and barbecues. Summer entertaining may possibly be my favorite because grilling is SO easy. I marinate some meat and veggies, and we are ready to eat after a quick grill. This jalapeño ranch marinade combines only three ingredients but is so flavorful. Greek yogurt keeps the chicken wings moist, jalapeño packs a little punch, and Hidden Valley Original Ranch seasons the chicken to perfection.

    Jalapeno Ranch Marinated Grilled Chicken Wings

    Servings: 12 to 15 wings


    • Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dips Mix: 1 1-ounce package
    • chicken wings: pack of 12–15
    • jalapeño: 1, diced
    • plain Greek yogurt: 16 ounces
    • scallions: 1, diced (for garnish)



     Step 1: Mix yogurt, diced jalapeño, and one package of Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dips Mix in a bowl.


    Step 2: Pour and mix over chicken wings. Cover and let marinate for at least four hours and up to overnight. (The longer marinade time, the stronger the ranch flavor.)


    Step 3: Grill the wings and turn them a couple times. Grill for approximately 25 minutes until the wings are golden and brown and have reached an internal temperature of 165°F. (You can also bake the wings on a greased sheet at 375°F for 1 hour, and flip at the 30 minute mark until the wings reach an internal temperature of 165°F.)


    Serve it with a side of prepared Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dip for extra dipping flavor.
