    No Bake Almond-Peanut-Butter Bites for Passover

    Ingredients:

    • almonds: 1 cup
    • dates (pitted): 10
    • all-natural peanut butter: 1/2 cup
    • cinnamon: 1/2 teaspoon
    • orange zest: 1 teaspoon
    • sea salt: 1 pinch
    • unsweetened shredded coconut: 2 tablespoons

    Directions:

    Step 1: Add almonds to food processor bowl, and blend until finely chopped.

    Step 2: Add pitted dates, peanut butter, cinnamon, orange zest, and salt.

    Step 3: Pulse until mixture comes together.
