You will feel good about serving these to your family because they are packed with protein and Omega 3's and way healthier than your traditional beef burger.
Quinoa Salmon Burgers
A great alternative to beef burgers this delicious salmon quinoa burger is packed with healthy omega 3s.
- quinoa, cooked: 1 cup
- cooked salmon: 3 ounces
- small bell pepper, finely diced: 1
- red onion, finely diced: 2 tablespoons
- salt: ¼ teaspoon
- pepper: ¼ teaspoon
- breadcrumbs: ½ cup
- large egg: 1
- tablespoons olive oil: 2
Step 1: Place all ingredients into a large bowl. Mix with your hands until mixture comes together. Form into 4 equally sized patties.
Step 2: Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Cook burgers for 4-6 minutes on each side. Serve warm with a side salad.
