    • egg whites: 2
    • vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
    • sugar: ½ cup
    • shelled pistachios, roughly chopped: 1 cup
    • sliced almonds: 1 cup
    • sesame seeds: ½ cup
    • sunflower seeds: ½ cup

    Directions:

    Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk together egg whites, vanilla extract, and sugar.
