When it comes to summer recipes, my favorite is a classic Lobster Roll. I absolutely adore a great sandwich and this is one of the best.
I don’t make them too often, because they are certainly decadent, but they are worth waiting for all year long. There are many variations: you can use mayo or butter and choose an array of different spices, but this method is my preferred way. Be sure to have at least one this summer before the season is over!
