Rosie, who secretly married Michelle last June, took to Twitter to share that they have welcomed a daughter together. Rosie writes, "we r thrilled to announce the arrival of r daughter Dakota - Rosie is also mom to four other kids, Parker, Blake, Chelsea and Vivienne. Congrats to the expanding O'Donnell family!
