Beyonce and Jay-Z have welcomed their first child, a baby girl!

Beyonce gave birth to their daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, in NYC yesterday, according to their friends and family who have been Tweeting out congratulatory messages. Gwyneth Paltrow shared: "Welcome to the world Blue! We love you already." Some media outlets were incorrectly reporting that her name was Ivy Blue, but Gwyneth corrected them: "It's Blue Ivy Carter!" Beyonce's sister Solange: "The most beautiful girl in the world." Congratulations to Beyonce and Jay-Z!
