Heidi Klum spent most of her holiday weekend in Hudson River Park in Manhattan.

The supermodel (and supermom) was spotted working out with her trainer in Husdon River Park on Saturday afternoon. Heidi made a second trip to the park yesterday with her children. She was even photographed chatting and posing for pictures for fans while she was at the playground. Aside from a reality show that she's working on with husband Seal, Heidi is set to host and produce a children's show called “Seriously Funny Kids.” It will feature kids' reactions to various situations. She is one busy mom!
