Angelina Jolie is stepping into the role of villain in her next project. The celebrity mom stars as Maleficent the evil sorceress in the upcoming film, which gives a new take on the Sleeping Beauty story. The film is told from Maleficent’s point of view and takes a look at the events that drove her to curse young Princess Aurora.
Angelina stars alongside Elle Fanning, Imelda Staunton (from the Harry Potter movies), Sharlto Copley, and Juno Temple – along with Angelina’s own daughter Vivienne, who is making her screen debut as Toddler Princess Aurora!
